The 20 most popular hotels in Las Vegas

Las Vegas is one of Expedia’s most popular destinations, and the most in demand hotel there is not a glitzy newcomer to the Strip like the Cromwell.

From June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016, those honors went to Circus Circus, a property that has been around for nearly 50 years. In addition to being a hotel, the property has a casino and theme park.

USA TODAY asked Expedia to review its data to determine the 20 most booked hotels in key U.S. destinations such as Las Vegas, New York, Chicago and Miami.

Other Las Vegas hotels that appeared in the top 20 include iconic properties such as the Bellagio and MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. Newer properties such as the LINQ Hotel and Casino and the ARIA Resort and Casino also made the top 20.
