Moving to 3-0 in North Shore Conference wrestling dual meets, Port Washington downed Cedarburg, 50-24, on Dec. 14.

The Pirates picked up victories from Blake Peiffer at 113 pounds with a pin in 1 minute, 4 seconds over Jake Roden, Sal Gauthier at 152 with an 11-2 decision over Turner Daly, Michael Murphy at 170 with a pin in 58 seconds over Jacob Steidinger and Tristan Griswold at 182 with an 11-3 major decision over Cooper O'Keefe.

Cedarburg winners were Andrew Temmer at heavyweight with a 6-0 decision over Cody Lewis, Sam Boerner at 138 with a pin in 3:07 over Alex Salas, Max Grudzinski at 145 with a 6-3 decision over Anthony Masters and Colton Ryan at 160 with a pin in 2:44 over Josh Holtebeck.

Winners by forfeit were Lukas Burke of Port at 195, Caleb Drake of Cedarburg at 220, Chad Spaeth of Port at 106, Oliver Rosado of Port at 120, Cody Green of Port at 126 and Preston Makoutz of Port at 132.

Cedarburg next competes in the Oshkosh Lourdes Tournament at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, and Port is at Merrill at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, and Thursday, Dec. 29.
