·A 34-year-old Iron Ridge man has been identified as a suspect in the theft of a shotgun taken from a relative in the 8300 block of West Freistadt Road on April 28 and reported May 9. The man was found with the stolen shotgun after he was arrested for driving a stolen car on the northwest side of Milwaukee.
·An iPhone 6 valued at $499 was taken from a business in the 1200 block of West Ranchito Lane between 7 and 7:15 p.m. May 10.
·A 23-year-old Oak Creek man and a 24-year-old Milwaukee man were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 9800 block of North Cedarburg Road at 5:21 p.m. May 11. K-9 Iron was called to the scene and pipes were found in the car, one a crack pipe and two with marijuana residue. The Milwaukee man was also cited for failure to register his car and no license plate and the Oak Creek man on a warrant.
·A 56-year-old West Bend man was cited for OWI after he was reported driving erratically and then found passed out in the car in the 11200 block of North Port Washington Road at 9:30 p.m. May 7. The man said he was a tour guide at a brewery and admitted having 'a beer' but then said it might have been two or three. His BAC was 0.18.
·A 28-year-old Slinger man was cited for OWI, with a prior conviction, open intoxicants and failure to have insurance in the 11800 block of North Church Place at 5:36 p.m. May 9. Open bottles of vodka and whiskey were in the car. The man, who had a preliminary BAC of 0.20, was taken for a blood draw.
·A 31-year-old Mequon man was cited for OWI, with a prior conviction, open intoxicants and expired registration after his car was stopped because of engine trouble in the 11200 block of I-43 at 6:27 p.m. May 10. Three open cans of beer were found in the car. The man, who denied drinking, failed field sobriety tests and had a preliminary BAC of 0.18. He was taken for a blood draw.
