The Cedarburg Police Department will offer a Hunter Safety course with the Department of Natural Resources.
The course consists of four classroom sessions and one outdoor field day. Participation at all five sessions is required to receive Hunter Safety certification.
The classroom sessions will be held in the community room at the Cedarburg Police Department, W75 N444 Wauwatosa Road, Cedarburg. The field day will be held at Ozaukee Fish & Game in Saukville.
The sessions will be held on the following dates: Tuesday, March 21; Thursday, March 23; Tuesday, March 28; and Thursday, March 30. Class will begin at 6 p.m. and last until approximately 8:30 p.m. The field day will be 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, April 2.
The cost for the course is $10, and pre-registration is required.
