At 10:27 p.m. July 6 three 17-year-old boys from Port Washington were cited for property damage to private property after it was found they had spray painted graffiti on the lighthouse. One of the teens was also cited for obedience to an officer after he had been dishonest about the incident, stating that the white paint on his fingers was from earlier in the day.
At 5:14 p.m. July 3 police received a report about a bicycle that had been taken in the 300 block of North Montgomery Street. There are no suspects at this time.
Charges are being forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office in the matter of a 40-year-old woman from Menlo Park, California for disorderly conduct due to her intoxication level and behavior outside of the Holiday Inn, 135 E. Grand Ave., at 10:38 p.m. July 6. The woman was transported to the Ozaukee County Jail.
Charges of disorderly conduct are being forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office in the matter of a 41-year-old Port Washington woman after a report was received of an altercation in front of her residence in the 500 block of North Harrison Street at 9:42 p.m. July 8. The woman was transported to the Ozaukee County Jail where she was booked and released.
A 37-year-old Saukville man told police he was stopped at a red light on Highway 33 at Mill Street on July 9 when a male on a bicycle pulled next to his vehicle on the passenger side, took a knife out of his pocket and scratched the side of the man’s vehicle. A 21-year-old Saukville man was cited for criminal damage to property and ordered to pay restitution.
