A resident reported being the victim of a fraud after buying four concert tickets for the July 2 Pink concert at Summerfest posted on Craigslist for $600 June 4. The resident met the seller at Home Depot, 1350 N. Port Washington Road, and later found the tickets were forgeries.

A 23-year-old Milwaukee woman, described as a “known suspect,” was caught on video taking three bottles of “top brand” liquor valued at over $130 and fleeing Meijer, 1600 Port Washington Road, June 27 and reported June 29.

A 21-year-old Delafield man was cited for disorderly conduct after he was found sleeping in another person’s car in the 1200 block of North Port Washington Road at 11:40 p.m. June 28. The man, who had been at Summerfest, said he took the wrong bus and ended up in Grafton and was tired so he got into the car to sleep.

A 22-year-old Grafton man was cited for OWI and unsafe lane deviation in the 1900 block of Washington Street at 12:55 a.m. June 30. His blood alcohol content was 0.12

A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for OWI after a report of her and another woman yelling at each other at the drive-thru at Taco Bell, 588 Falls Road, at 1:09 a.m. June 30. The woman, who said she had one beer, had a blood alcohol content of 0.18.

A 23-year-old Belgium man was cited for OWI, violation of his probation, reckless driving/endangering safety, fleeing police, resisting arrest and refusal to take a blood test after crashing his car into a sign and driving over a retaining wall near Washington Street at Dakota Drive at 9:36 p.m. June 30. The man ran from the car and then struggled with officers. He was treated at a hospital for injuries and a warrant was issued for a blood draw.

A Grafton man, whose age was not available, was cited for his third OWI and a probation violation in the 1300 block of 11th Avenue at 1:37 a.m. July 3. His blood alcohol content was 0.17 and he was taken for a blood draw.

A 27-year-old Jackson man was cited for his second OWI after he was seen weaving in the 1700 block of Wisconsin Avenue at 12:38 a.m. July 4. His blood alcohol content was 0.13.

CEDARBURG

A 16-year-old Cedarburg girl was given medical assistance and then cited for underage drinking after 911 was called because the girl was intoxicated “at a friend’s house” in the 300 block of Hilbert Avenue at 4 p.m. July 5. Her blood alcohol content was 0.10.
