At 10:20 a.m. April 30, a 46-year-old Port Washington woman was charged with battery, disorderly conduct and domestic violence after she became violent with her mother.
A 24-year-old Port Washington man is facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of THC and possession of cocaine and was placed on a probation hold at 2:57 p.m. April 30. A 22-year-old Port Washington woman was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC.
At 9:05 a.m. May 1, a 29-year-old Port Washington woman was charged with battery, disorderly conduct and domestic violence after an altercation between her and her live-in boyfriend. The 28-year-old victim was issued a municipal citation for property damage, as he had kicked in a neighbor’s door during this incident.
1Two Port Washington girls, approximately 8 years old, were spoken to and warned about wearing their bike helmets when riding their bikes on a public way at 5:09 p.m. May 2 at Nelson Drive and West Monroe Street.
2At 8:45 p.m. May 2, police received a report of a dog in vehicle in Municipal Lot C-4, 211 E. Main St., that was barking and the windows were up. The dog was in good health and only barked when approached. The owner was located and advised of the complaint; however, no further police action was taken in the matter.
3A charge of fourth-degree sexual assault was forwarded to the district attorney’s office after a 17-year-old Port Washington girl allegedly grabbed the breast of another female at 3:07 p.m. May 4 at Port Washington High School, 427 W. Jackson St.
4At 1:56 p.m. May 5, a 53-year-old Port Washington man reported the windshield to his motorcycle was damaged overnight while parked in the 1700 block of North Wisconsin Street.
5A 16-year-old Saukville girl was cited for underage drinking after she came to the police department, 365 N. Wisconsin St., intoxicated at 6:47 p.m. May 5.
6At 8:39 a.m. April 29, a 33-year-old Sheboygan man was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer and felony bail jumping at Beck’s Exxon Mobil, 660 E. Green Bay Ave. A report said a man was unconscious behind the wheel of his vehicle, which was parked. Police observed the man inside the vehicle with his head down resting on his chest, his mouth agape and he was drooling on himself. Police pounded on the window, which did wake the man up and he then began reaching for the console of the vehicle. The man picked up an item near the console area and threw it into the rear passenger area of the vehicle. The man was ordered out of the vehicle and when the door opened, police observed several hypodermic needles on the driver’s side floor of the vehicle. The man then tried to get back in the vehicle. The man was tased and taken into custody.
