1An 18-year-old Cedarburg man was referred to the DA for disorderly conduct after he and perhaps two other 18-year-old Cedarburg men “toilet papered” trees and other structures at Cedarburg High School, 600 Evergreen Blvd., at 12:41 a.m. April 26. The case is being investigated.
2A 19-year-old Cedar Grove man was cited for possession of marijuana after he was stopped and warned for expired registration at 15th Avenue and Washington Street at 4:30 p.m. April 20. There was a faint odor of marijuana in the car and trace amounts were found there. The man said he hadn’t used marijuana for more than a month.
3A 56-year-old Grafton man was cited for OWI after a report of a man smelling of alcohol leaving a store in the 1600 block of North Port Washington Road at 11:11 p.m. April 20. The man was stopped and cited. His BAC was 0.13.
4The theft of 19 bottles of brand-named perfume valued at $1,500 was reported during an inventory at Meijer, 1600 Port Washington Road, on April 23. Surveillance video showed a man taking the perfume. That man is a known suspect who also took items April 16 and 19. The case is under investigation.
5A 19-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for OWI-drugs/with a passenger under 16, driving without a valid license and no insurance after witnesses reported that the woman who smelled of marijuana had just picked up a child from Woodview Elementary, 600 Fifth Ave., at 6:11 p.m. April 24. K-9 Iron hit inside the car, where marijuana was found. A warrant was issued and the woman taken for a blood draw. A 32-year-old Grafton woman, a passenger and the owner of the car, was cited for suspended registration and open intoxicants after an open bottle of vodka was found under her seat.
6A 21-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman of Milwaukee were cited for theft at Meijer, 1600 Port Washington Road, at 11:51 a.m. April 24. The couple went to the self-checkout register and rang up false prices for items valued at more than $150, including a kid’s swimming pool, children’s clothing and body spray.
7A 23-year-old Mequon woman was cited for OWI and speeding 38 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 1400 block of Wisconsin Avenue at 12:32 a.m. April 27. The woman, who said she had one beer 30 minutes before, had a BAC of 0.11.
