1At 1:11 p.m. April 9, a 44-year-old Port Washington man was warned after officers responded to a residence near South Maple Street and West Sherman Avenue and saw he was burning debris as well as a grassy area for his mother for a gardening/planting project. He extinguished the flames at the request of the officer.

2A 24-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for operating while revoked-OWI related at 5:36 p.m. April 9 at Seven Hills Road and North Wisconsin St.

3At 8:33 p.m. April 9, a 20-year-old Grafton man was cited for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia at North Franklin Street and East Pier Street after he was pulled over for a traffic offense.

4A 23-year-old Port Washington woman was charged with disorderly conduct-domestic violence incident at 10:55 p.m. April 9 after an altercation occurred between her and her mother in the area of West Sunset Road and South Heritage Road.

5At 8:39 p.m. April 10, a 29-year-old Port Washington man was charged with disorderly conduct-domestic violence incident and strangulation/suffocation after an argument between him and his girlfriend turned physical in the 1000 block of South Spring St.

6Several kids were found in the beer garden area of Upper Lake Park, 510 Upper Lake Park Road, at 3:24 p.m. April 12. They had flipped a picnic table on its top. They were warned for their actions and advised to leave, which they did. No damage was done, and no further action was taken.

7At 10:51 a.m. April 13, police received a report of a deer that was stuck in the rocks along the path to North Beach, 500 N. Lake St. The deer was located and removed from its trapped position with the assistance of the DNR Warden.

SAUKVILLE

8At 3:20 p.m. April 5, a 37-year-old Saukville man was charged with disorderly conduct-domestic violence related in the 500 block of Hillcrest Court. Police found the man and a 31-year-old Saukville woman arguing. The argument was over infidelity and the woman wanted to kick the man out of the home. At one point, the woman was on her cell phone and the man slapped her hand that she was using to hold the phone and the phone flew up in the air, striking her in the face, causing her pain. The man said it was incidental contact due to the close proximity that she was to him.

9A 30-year-old Saukville man was charged with bail jumping and cited for operating while suspended at 3:01 p.m. April 6 in the 800 block of Colonial Parkway.

10At 5:10 p.m. April 8, a 25-year-old Fredonia woman was charged with operating without a valid license-second offense and operating without insurance on East Green Bay Avenue at the I-43 northbound on-ramp.
