1Two TVs, one valued at $480, were taken from an unsecured residence in the 5300 block of West Donges Bay Road between 4 and 5 p.m. March 31.
A 52-year-old Milwaukee woman, a care-giver for a Mequon woman, was cited for identity theft/fraud March 30. She used the resident’s credit card over a number of months to purchase items valued at more than $1,085, including cable charges, shopping at Walmart and ordering pizzas and having them delivered to her Milwaukee home.
2A 46-year-old Cascade woman was cited for possession of illegally obtained prescription medication after she was stopped for failure to have a license plate in the 12000 block of I-43 at 10:05 p.m. March 31. The woman was found with Suboxone that she said was prescribed by a doctor; however, she had no prescription.
3A 32-year-old Sheboygan man was cited for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and speeding 85 mph in a 70 mph zone in the 11000 block of I-43 at 11 p.m. March 31. K-9 Iron hit inside the car, where 1.7 grams of marijuana was found along with a pipe with residue.
4A 45-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for his 11th OWI, driving with a revoked license, possession of marijuana, open intoxicants and both possession of and receiving stolen property after he made an illegal U-turn while someone tossed a glass out the car window, all in front of a squad car in the 10300 block of North Cedarburg Road at 2:10 a.m. April 5. The man admitted he knew he was suspended and refused to take field sobriety tests. A trace amount of marijuana was found in the front seat and a loaded 9 mm handgun, stolen out of Milwaukee in 2014, was in a tote bag in the trunk of the car. A warrant was issued and the man taken for a blood draw.
5An 18-year-old DePere woman was cited for her second underage possession of alcohol after she was stopped for having defective lights in the 11400 block of I-43 at 8:07 p.m. March 31. The woman had a bottle of vodka.
5Two Mequon males, 17 and 18, were cited for underage drinking and another 18-year-old Mequon man, the driver, for disorderly conduct after he yelled an obscenity out the window as he drove past a police officer in the 11500 block of North Port Washington Road at 9 p.m. March 31. The footage of him yelling was caught on the officer’s body camera. Water bottles holding alcohol were found in the car. The males both had BACs of 0.06. The driver had not been drinking.
6A 19-year-old Sidney, Montana, man was cited for underage drinking after Campus Safety found him vomiting and very ill in a dorm room at Concordia University, 12800 N. Lake Shore Drive, at 2:19 a.m. April 2. The man, who admitted drinking, was taken to a hospital.
A resident came to the police department reporting an attempted scam after getting a call telling him he’d won $1 million from Publishers Clearing House and it would be delivered to him later that day April 3. While at the station, the resident got another call saying to get the money, he would have to pay taxes of 1 percent and where should they meet. When the resident told the caller to meet him at the police department, the caller hung up.
