1A 14-year-old Cedarburg boy was cited for truancy at Cedarburg High School, 600 Evergreen Blvd., at 3:20 p.m. March 23. The boy had 97 unexcused full-day or partial-day absences since the beginning of the school year last fall, and in March had 14 unexcused absences.

A 47-year-old Cedarburg woman has been referred to the DA for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related and resisting an officer after a report that she argued with a man and then pushed a child down at 1:28 a.m. March 25. She left the residence before police arrived but was located. When they attempted to take her into custody she struggled with officers, including refusing to be handcuffed.

GRAFTON

2A student reported his car had been “keyed” March 23 at Grafton High School, 1950 Washington St., and reported March 24. The entire passenger side of the car had a deep scratch.

3A 42-year-old Cedarburg woman was cited for OWI and failure to obey a traffic signal at Wisconsin Avenue and Chateau Drive at 2:30 a.m. March 25. An officer saw her weaving in traffic and then going forward in a lane marked for right turns only. There was a strong odor of alcohol in the car and when asked if she’d been drinking, the woman said she had a “couple.” She was then asked to be more specific and she said, “Three.” The woman failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.12.
