Theft

1A 40-year-old Wauwatosa woman was cited for a warrant and theft from her employer, a clinic in the 11600 block of North Port Washington Road, at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 21. Over a number of months starting in August 2016, the woman took more than $3,000.

2A 46-year-old Milwaukee woman, an employee, was cited for theft after failing to pay for food valued at $16 at Piggly Wiggly, 6111 W. Mequon Road, on Feb. 22 and cited Feb. 28.

3An 18-year-old Port Washington man was cited for shoplifting after taking candy bars at North Shore Mobil, 11210 N. Port Washington Road, at 1:50 a.m. March 2.

Drug possession

4A 19-year-old Hartford man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and for driving without a valid license in the 7700 block of West Sunnyvale Road at 9:49 p.m. Feb. 19. There was an odor of marijuana in the car and the man, who admitted smoking the drug, was found with 28 grams of marijuana and a bong.

5An 18-year-old Cedarburg man was cited for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, illegally obtained prescription medicine and an amphetamine and a 19-year-old Cedarburg man for possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to have insurance and unauthorized license plate in the 1300 block of West Glen Oaks Lane at 9 p.m. Feb. 24. Some marijuana was found in a cup of soda and one man admitted trying to hide it there.

6A 22-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, failure to have insurance, driving with a suspended license, revoked registration and warned for speeding 52 mph in a 40 mph zone in the 11400 block of North Wauwatosa Road at 12:27 a.m. March 2. A pipe with residue and 4.9 grams of marijuana were found in the car. The woman said they belonged to her boyfriend.

7A 47-year-old Mequon man was cited for battery/domestic violence related after he pushed and hit a woman at 7:26 pm. Feb. 27.
