1A 13-year-old Cedarburg boy was cited for disorderly conduct after he threatened another student with what was described as a fake knife, causing a disturbance at Webster Transitional School, 600 Wauwatosa Road, at 8 a.m. Feb. 20.

GRAFTON

2A 36-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman of Port Washington were cited for shoplifting after taking items valued at more than $125 at Target, 1250 N. Port Washington Road, at 4:52 p.m. Feb. 22. The man removed sensors from packages of cough medicine and the woman hid Delsym cough syrup and blank DVDs in her purse and both fled the store but were stopped.

3A 28-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license with a prior citation and a warrant after a report of possible drug dealing in the parking lot of a business in the 1200 block of Dakota Drive at 11:44 p.m. Feb. 22. The car drove away but was stopped near I-43 and Highway 60. When asked if there were any drugs in the car, the man said no but he did have a gun and a concealed carry permit. A mason jar with marijuana was found under the front seat along with the gun.

4A Saukville man and a Grafton woman, both 20, were cited for underage drinking and the man also for obstruction and a probation violation after the car they were in was stopped at North Green Bay Road and Meadowbrook Court. The man, who used another person’s ID, had a BAC of 0.09 and the woman’s BAC was 0.054. The driver passed field sobriety tests.
