At 6:09 p.m. Feb. 19, a 57-year-old Port Washington man was charged with second-degree sexual assault/use of force.
1A 14-year-old Port Washington girl was cited for disorderly conduct and vandalism at 8:20 a.m. Feb. 20 after she reportedly threw eggs at a display case, walls and ceiling at Port Washington High School, 427 W. Jackson St.
2At 10:59 a.m. Feb. 20, police received a report of an unknown person writing obscenities on a wall at Thomas Jefferson Middle School, 1403 N. Holden St.
3A 16-year-old Port Washington boys was charged with capture an image of nudity and resisting an officer – false information/misleading information at 5:09 p.m. Feb. 21 after it was reported he had recorded students showering in a locker room at Port Washington High School, 427 W. Jackson St.
At 9:07 p.m. Feb. 22, a 24-year-old Saukville woman was cited for obstructing an officer after reported a drunken driver, which was investigated and found to be false. She was taken into custody for a probation violation and transported to Ozaukee County Jail.
4Police received a report at 10:06 a.m. Feb. 23 of a dried substance on the walls inside the gazebo at Coal Dock Park, 142 S. Wisconsin St. It was unknown whether this was caused by someone throwing something or whether it was from birds coming and going.
5At 10:09 a.m. Feb. 23, police received a report of a substance thrown on the walls and inside roof of the picnic shelter at Kohlbach Park, 415 W. Whitefish Road, and damage to an outdoor lighting timer.
A 25-year-old Saukville man was cited for skateboarding in the restricted downtown area after he lost control and hit the back of a vehicle, causing a significant dent to the car.
6At 3:48 p.m. Feb. 23, a 49-year-old Port Washington woman reported an unknown vehicle struck her vehicle while it was parked in the lower parking lot at Port Washington High School, 427 W. Jackson St.
7A 13-year-old Port Washington girl was cited for tobacco products on school grounds at 11:36 a.m. Feb. 24 after staff at Thomas Jefferson Middle School, 1403 N. Holden St., found cigarettes in her locker.
8At 10:28 p.m. Feb. 17, a 23-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for operating after suspension-10th offense and non-registration of an auto and his passenger, a 33-year-old Milwaukee man, was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop at East Green Bay Avenue and I-43.
9A 21-year-old Fredonia man was transported to the Ozaukee County Jail and is facing charges for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia and was cited for first-offense OWI following a traffic stop at 2:56 a.m. Feb. 19 at North Riverside Drive and East Green Bay Avenue. He had a BAC of 0.22 and was in possession of 1.1 grams of THC.
