1Police responded to a report of two armed men, both wearing masks, attempting to enter a closed jewelry store in the 1400 block of West Mequon Road at 5:56 p.m. Feb. 21. Entry was not gained and the men were able to flee.
2A 2000 Dodge minivan valued at $1,000 was taken from Kleen Test Products, 5600 W. County Line Road, between 6:50 and 11 a.m. Feb. 20. Keys were not needed to drive the car because it was stolen before and had a peeled column.
3A 2004 Chevy Trail Blazer SUV was taken with keys from D & D Sling, 11353 N. Wauwatosa Road, between 7 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Feb. 20. The keys might have been taken from the owner’s jacket. The SUV was involved in a hit-and-run accident in the 7600 block of West Mequon Road and recovered at Vega Avenue and Hillview Drive at 4:45 p.m. Feb. 21.
4A 35-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man of Two Rivers were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction and the woman also on a warrant and the man for driving with a suspended license after they were stopped for defective brake lights on Mequon Road at I-43 at 11:55 a.m. Feb. 21. Both gave false names. Used needles, a cooker and corner but baggies, all with heroin residue, were found in the car.
5A 20-year-old Plymouth woman was cited for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia and a 21-year-old Plymouth man for driving with a suspended license in the 11400 block of I-43 at 1:56 p.m. Feb. 21. As police walked up to the car, they saw the couple switch places so the woman appeared to have been driving. In addition, an 18-month old child was in the car. The woman had a baggie with heroin, tin foil and other paraphernalia with residue.
6Two 27-year-old Sheboygan men were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and one for violation of his probation for possession of drugs and the other for failure to have insurance in the 13600 block of I-43 at 4:05 p.m. Feb. 21. Heroin paraphernalia was found, including used syringes and a metal spoon.
