Drug possession

1A 24-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man of Manitowoc were both cited for possession of controlled substances, resisting/obstruction and warrants and the woman, who was on probation, for driving with a suspended license and possession of prescription medication without a prescription and the man for possession of drug paraphernalia at North Port Washington Road and West Homestead Trail at 5:33 p.m. Jan. 8. K-9 Iron hit inside the car, where drug paraphernalia, including pipes with residue, a heroin kit and Suboxone, were found.

2A 34-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving with a revoked license after a two-car accident in the 10900 block of North Port Washington Road at 6 p.m. Jan. 12. The woman, who was taken to a hospital for treatment, had two pipes with residue and 2.4 grams of marijuana.

3A 24-year-old Thiensville man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after he was seen stumbling into his car that smelled of marijuana in the 11200 block of North Port Washington Road at 2:30 a.m. Jan. 13. The man had a pipe with residue.

4A 36-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and given a warning for expired registration in the 12800 block of I-43 at 2:34 p.m. Jan. 13. The woman had a pipe with residue.

5A 20-year-old Round Lake Beach, Illinois, man was cited for possession of a pipe with residue and warned for speeding in the 9700 block of I-43 at 5:52 p.m. Jan. 13.

6A 46-year-old Sturgeon Bay man was cited for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegally obtained prescription medication, a probation violation, a warrant and resisting/obstruction in the 11200 block of I-43 at 8:15 p.m. Jan. 16. The man had 65 small plastic bags, some with cocaine residue, along with pipes, a syringe and spoon along with bloody tissue hidden in his sock.

7A 27-year-old Oostburg man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked and warned for no front plate in the 11900 block of North Port Washington Road at 10:48 p.m. Jan. 16. The man, who admitted he had no driver’s license, had a pipe with marijuana residue.

OWI

8A 34-year-old Mequon woman was cited for OWI and unsafe lane deviation after she hit and damaged two mailboxes and drove her car into a ditch in the 10100 block of North Meadow Lane at 11:36 a.m. Jan 17. The woman, who smelled of alcohol and slurred her words, said she wouldn’t take field sobriety tests, admitting she was drunk and made a bad decision to drive. Her BAC was 0.29.

THIENSVILLE

9A 38-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for speeding and failure to report an accident after he hit both a sign and a concrete flower pot belonging to the village at Main Street and Freistadt Road early morning Jan. 16. Damage was about $800. Later that day, the man was stopped and cited for speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone and when asked by the officer why he thought he was stopped, the man said because he had hit a sign and planter earlier that morning.

10An unknown amount of jewelry was taken from the 600 block of Lake Bluff Road sometime Jan. 9 to 12. Workers had been in the home during those dates.

11Charges of possession of cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a non-narcotic controlled substance along with disorderly conduct after been requested for a 28-year-old Thiensville man after he was reported “unsteady on his feet” and acting suspiciously in a store in the 200 block of North Main Street at 7:44 p.m. Jan. 22. The man had a white powder around his nose and on his mustache and more was found in a bathroom he had used. He first said the powder got on his face while he was wrestling but then admitted using cocaine. He was found with cocaine and non-narcotic pills.
