1A 19-year-old West Bend man was cited for burglary, criminal trespass and theft after taking two 55-inch TVs and a remote with a total value of $1,300 in the 300 block of Hanover Avenue sometime Jan. 16. The man, known to the resident and admitting taking the items, was being referred to the DA for charges.

GRAFTON

2A 24-year-old Cedarburg woman was cited for OWI with the added causing injury, unreasonable and imprudent speed and driving left of center after she drove off the road and hit and damaged trees and two road signs at Columbia Road and First Avenue at 2 a.m. Jan. 14. Police received a number of 911 calls regarding an erratic driver. The woman, who admitted having three Tequila drinks but said she was not intoxicated, struggled with field sobriety tests that were stopped for her safety. She was taken for a blood draw. Her passenger was injured and taken to a hospital.
