Drug possession

1An 18-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license -- he never had a license -- and a probation violation in the 12000 block of North Port Washington Road at 1:12 p.m. Dec. 30. Marijuana, two digital scales and a pipe with residue were found in the car along with two passengers, a man and woman of Milwaukee. When told the car would be towed, the trio became angry and began swearing at officers. Later, the male passenger, 18, called 911 and swore at the operator. He was mailed a citation for misuse of 911.

2A 21-year-old Milwaukee man, a student, was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after Campus Safety notified police of the odor of marijuana in a dorm room at Concordia University, 12800 N. Lake Shore Drive, at 11 a.m. Jan. 4. The man had 0.6 grams of marijuana and a pipe with residue.


3A 21-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI-drugs, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license and driving left of center in the 7600 block of West Freistadt Road at 9:44 p.m. Jan. 1. There was an odor of marijuana in the car. The man had 1.3 grams of marijuana, three blunts and two pipes with residue. He was taken for a blood draw.


4A 15-year-old Milwaukee girl was cited for three counts of uttering/passing counterfeit money and a 24-year-old Milwaukee woman for one count of uttering and obstruction for giving a false name after they and three other suspects passed counterfeit $100 bills at a number of Mequon stores, including Ace Hardware, Bed Bath and Beyond and The Learning Shop located at 11001, 11110 and 11043 N. Port Washington Road the afternoon of Dec. 29. The females would purchase items costing just a few dollars and pay with the counterfeit $100 bill getting real money in change.

5Two Milwaukee men, 37 and 54, were cited for trespassing after they were seen on private property removing pallets at Mequon Lawn and Garden, 11333 N. Port Washington Road, at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 1. They drove away but were stopped and cited.


6A 26-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of marijuana after she was involved in a two-car accident in a service driveway in the 100 block of Riverview Drive at 3:10 a.m. Jan. 2. There was a strong odor of marijuana in her car but she denied knowing anything about it, saying people had been in her car over New Year’s Eve and one of them must have smoked it. The car was searched and a blunt was found.

7Two car tires were found flattened in the 100 block of North Main Street on Jan. 8. The owner said he had been out of town when the incident happened, adding that this was the second time his car had been tampered with. About a month before, he found a candy bar pushed into his gas tank filler pipe but there was no damage.
