1A 32-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for his third OWI, his second possession of marijuana, driving with revoked license OWI related, driving left of center, a warrant, failure to install an ignition interlock device and speeding 70 mph in a 40 mph zone in the 6400 block of West Mequon Road at 2:21 a.m. Dec. 23. The man, who denied both drinking and taking drugs failed field sobriety tests and had a preliminary BAC of 0.16. He also had a baggie with 2.4 grams of marijuana in his pocket, telling police it wasn’t his and he didn’t know how it got in his pocket. He was taken for a blood draw.

2A 62-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI, refusal to take a breath test and driving too fast for conditions after he drove his car into a ditch in the 12100 block of North Farmdale Road at 4:24 a.m. Dec. 24. The man, who thought he was in Milwaukee, admitted having “a few beers.” He also admitted urinating in his pants. He failed field sobriety tests and had a preliminary BAC of 0.20.

3A 29-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for carrying a concealed weapon, receiving stolen property, a warrant and speeding 75 mph in a 40 mph zone in the 7000 block of West Pioneer Road at 9 p.m. Dec. 28. There was a loaded gun in the car and the man told police he had a conceal carry permit; however, that permit had been revoked.

4Two Milwaukee females, 15 and 24, were cited for passing counterfeit $100 bills at various businesses in the 11000 to 11500 blocks of North Port Washington Road late afternoon Dec. 29. Other suspects are being investigated and the Secret Service has been notified.

A resident reported being the victim of a scam after receiving a call telling him his grandson was in trouble and he needed to send money Dec. 27. The man wired $2,173 via Money Gram to the caller.
