1At 1:58 a.m. Dec. 11, a 22-year-old Port Washington woman was charged with criminal damage to property after she smashed a car window in the 500 block of West Grand Avenue. The owner of the car was cited for disorderly conduct for his involvement in the incident.
2Police received a report at 8:18 a.m. Dec. 11 of a Christmas decoration that was stolen sometime overnight in the 200 block of Summit Drive.
3At 5:24 p.m. Dec. 11, a 46-year-old Port Washington man was charged with bail jumping after he was spotted inside a bar and was known to have alcohol restrictions on him for an open case.
4A homeowner in the 200 block of Summit Drive was issued a warning card at 8:58 a.m. Dec. 14 for unshoveled sidewalks. A followup will be conducted.
5At 7:39 p.m. Dec. 14, a bartender at Gopher One Tavern, 605 W. Grand Ave., was spoken to about shoveling the sidewalks in front of the business.
6A 56-year-old Port Washington man was spoken to and warned at 2:37 p.m. Dec. 15 regarding shoveling the sidewalks in front of his residence in the 600 block of Summit Drive; he has since complied.
7At 5:47 p.m. Dec. 15, a 34-year-old Sheboygan Falls man was attempting to start his vehicle several times at Cans-To-Go, 751 W. Oakland Ave., when it started on fire.
8Police spoke with residents in the 1600/1700 block of Parknoll Lane at 11:09 a.m. Dec. 16 after a complaint was received about snow being plowed across the roadway onto a neighbor’s parkway.
9At 6:23 p.m. Dec. 13, a 34-year-old Milwaukee man was charged with strangulation/suffocation, battery as domestic violence incident and battery to an unborn child as a domestic violence incident in the 200 block of East Dekora Street. He was staying at mother’s residence with his girlfriend, a 28-year-old Milwaukee woman, due to being evicted. Earlier in the evening, she had been in an upstairs bedroom trying to nap when her boyfriend came in “acting all crazy.” She believed him to be under the influence of some sort of drug. She also believed that he was upset due to a recent pregnancy test that showed she was pregnant. The man became extremely angry and then became physical with her. She said that he pushed her, grabbed her around her throat and squeezed. The altercation continued downstairs where he pushed her to the ground and pinned her down by driving his knee into her shoulder. He then struck her with a closed fist in the face. The man took her cellphone from her. Police noted multiple scraps and cut on her hands.
10A 36-year-old Grafton man was cited for disorderly conduct and given a ride back to his residence in Grafton after he was found intoxicated at the Marcus Theater. He had previously urinated in the theater.
