1A 45-year-old Port Washington man was cited for his fifth OWI after a report of a disabled car at Pioneer and Green Bay roads at 3:56 a.m. Dec. 3. The man smelled of alcohol, had bloodshot eyes and failed field sobriety tests. His preliminary BAC was 0.216 and he was taken for a blood draw.

A resident reported that someone used his identification attempting to purchase two iPhones from Sprint at 11:20 a.m. Dec. 3.

A 31-year-old Cedarburg man was cited for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related after he pushed a woman at 11:30 p.m. Dec. 7. No injuries were reported.

2An unlocked Trek bicycle valued at $100 was taken from outside an apartment building in the 1600 block of Highland Drive on Nov. 25 or 26 and reported Nov. 30

A resident reported an attempted scam after posting an ad on Craigslist to sell his piano for $200 on Nov. 29. He received emails from someone who wanted to buy it and have it shipped and would send a check for $1,900. The resident was told to cash the check, keep $200 for the piano, $50 for being a nice person and give $1,650 to the movers when they arrived. The check was worthless and no money was lost.

3A purse valued at about $150 and contents, including credit and debit cards, was taken from an unlocked car in the 1200 block of Dakota Drive while the owner was working Dec. 1 or 2 and reported Dec. 5. The cards were cancelled.

4A woman was seen filling a cart with items and then fleeing Kohl’s, 1050 N. Port Washington Road, at 2:44 p.m. Dec. 2. When an employee confronted the woman, she left the cart and drove off in a car. The cart was filled with items valued at more than $2,500.

5A 72-year-old Grafton man was cited for his fifth OWI after a report of a driver weaving in traffic and driving on the sidewalk near Rose Street and Fourth Avenue at 9:19 p.m. Dec. 3. The man, who failed field sobriety tests and had a preliminary BAC of 0.202, was taken for a blood draw.

6A 38-year-old Sheboygan man was cited for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related after he grabbed and pushed a woman, a relative, inside a bar and yelled at other patrons in the 1200 block of Bridge Street at 1:34 a.m. Dec. 4. The man exited the bar and punched a car, causing minor damage while cutting his hand. The man, who was described as very intoxicated, denied the allegations.

7A 37-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for his second OWI, driving with a revoked license and failure to install an ignition interlock device after he was seen driving “all over the road” on I-43 and then stopped near Seventeenth Avenue and Willow Lane at 12:15 a.m. Dec. 5. The man apologized to police, saying he had messed up. He was taken for a blood draw.

8A 69-year-old Port Washington woman was cited for OWI after she crashed her car knocking over two traffic poles on Washington Street and 17th Avenue at 5 p.m. Dec. 5. The woman, who said she had two drinks, was treated at a hospital and had blood drawn. Her preliminary BAC was 0.105.

9Five females and one male were seen loading carts with Play Station products valued at $2,530 and walking out of Target, 1250 N. Port Washington Road, at 5:27 p.m. Dec. 5. They drove off in a car.

10An attempted theft of a car was reported in the 1700 block of Wisconsin Avenue between 3:20 and 3:45 p.m. Dec. 7. The owner reported that cruise and radio control buttons had been removed from the steering wheel. There was no sign of forced entry.
