1A $300 ring and two debit cards were taken from an unlocked car in the 10600 block of West Bonniwell Road between midnight and 5 a.m. Nov. 26 and reported Nov. 29. One prepaid debit card was used for $11 at a Brown Deer gas station.
2A 63-year-old Mequon man was cited for theft of deli items valued at $260 from his employer, Metro Market, 11558 N. Port Washington Road, on Nov. 29. The man admitted taking the sandwiches over the last few months.
3A 16-year-old Mequon boy was cited for theft of an iPhone 6S valued at $225 at Homestead High School, 5000 W. Mequon Road, at 4:20 p.m. Nov. 30. The boy found the phone that had been left in a bathroom. He then smashed the phone but kept the case.
4A 25-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and Xanax, possession of illegally obtained prescription medication and resisting/obstruction after he was found slumped over in his car in the 11200 block of North Wauwatosa Road at 7:21 p.m. Nov. 30. The man was taken into custody on a probation hold.
5A 19-year-old Mequon man was cited for violation of absolute sobriety, underage drinking and driving without a valid license at McDonald’s, 11250 N. Port Washington Road, at 7:31 p.m. Dec. 1. The man pulled up to the drive-thru window and offered the employee beer that he had in his car. The employee notified his boss, who called police as the man pulled over to wait for his food. His BAC was 0.08
