1An iPhone 7 valued at $550 delivered by UPS was reported taken from a front porch in the 800 block of Sheboygan Road on Nov. 9. The resident discovered the theft after getting a bill from Sprint for the phone along with additional charges of $250 for use of that phone. She then called Sprint and was told the phone had been delivered Oct. 19.

2Charges of theft by contractor have been forwarded to the district attorney on a construction company after a resident sent a down payment of $750 Aug. 16 for concrete work in the 1800 block of Arapaho Court and no work had been done as of Nov. 11. The check had been cashed Sept. 9 and the resident said he’d called the contractor numerous times but never got a call back.

3A 52-year-old Grafton man was cited for OWI, speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone and warned for no proof of insurance in the 500 block of Falls Road at 12:02 a.m. Nov. 11. The man said he had two drinks and when asked what time that was he said, “Two to three drinks.” He failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.15.

4A 29-year-old Belgium man was cited for OWI and open intoxicants, a bottle of beer, after he hit a traffic pole on 17th Avenue at Washington Street at 3:34 a.m. Nov. 13. The man was breathing but unconscious when police arrived. When awakened, he admitted drinking four beers earlier. A warrant was issued and he was taken for a blood draw.
