1A back patio door was found with pry marks but entry not gained at a home in the 12800 block of North Colony Drive at 12:45 p.m. Nov. 6.
2Two rings valued at $13,000 were taken from the 6800 block of West Obikoba Circle during the day Oct. 28 and reported Nov. 9. Road work was being done in the subdivision Oct. 28 and residents were told there must be access to their homes on that day.
3A wallet and contents, including $60, credit cards and a driver’s license, was taken from a cart next to an employee’s desk at Dr. Comfort, 10300 N. Enterprise Drive, between 1:30 and 2 p.m. Nov. 11. Credit cards were cancelled.
4A 34-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia after the car he was in was stopped in the 9700 block of North Tamerlane Drive at 3:07 p.m. Nov. 4. The man admitted he used heroin and that a heroin kit was in the car’s trunk. In that kit were needles, a used syringe and other heroin related items. The driver, a 32-year-old Germantown woman who said she was delivering Girl Scout cookie orders, was cited for driving while suspended and given a 10-day notice to register her car.
5Two men, 24 and 26 and a woman, 20, of Milwaukee, were all cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and the 24-year-old also for possession of 29.1 grams of marijuana and the 26-year-old for driving with a suspended license in the 11700 block of North Port Washington Road at 10:40 p.m. Nov. 8. The three were in two cars both with a strong odor of burnt marijuana. K-9 Iron was at the scene and hit inside both cars, where the marijuana was found along with pipes with residue and blunts.
6A 23-year-old Mequon man was cited for OWI and warned for a defective license plate light after he was seen weaving in traffic and crossing the center line in the 6900 block of West Mequon Road at 2:37 a.m. Nov. 5. When asked if he’d been drinking, he said, “Not much.” He failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.14.
7A 20-year-old Cedarburg man was cited for OWI, underage drinking and possession of 7.46 grams of psychedelic mushrooms after he was found passed out in a running car in the 11100 block of North River Road at 1:35 a.m. Nov. 6. The man, who had urinated in his pants, admitted eating some of the mushrooms and drinking. He had a BAC of 0.22 and was taken for a blood draw.
