1Charges of battery on a 20-year-old West Bend man have been referred to the district attorney after a TIP 411 call reporting he hit another man several times at Bridge Road and Washington Avenue at 12:15 a.m. Nov. 4. Witnesses reported the suspect was angry because the other man was disrespecting a female friend.

2A 22-year-old Green Bay woman was cited for her second OWI after she crashed her car into the stone steps at Washington Avenue and Lincoln Boulevard at 12:20 a.m. Nov. 6. She was not injured but her car had a broken windshield and heavy front end damage. The woman, who had a preliminary BAC of 0.157, said she lost control of her car when she was changing a CD and then sneezed. Unopened and empty beer cans were found in the car.

3A 26-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for theft of liquor at Pick ‘n Save, 301 Falls Road, at 1:15 p.m. Nov. 1. The theft was caught on video showing two men loading carts with the liquor and leaving the store. A phone was found in one of the carts and the suspect was located. He was also wanted on a warrant and had a suspended license.

4Bottles of cologne, value not yet known, were reported missing from a locked display case at Walgreens, 1915 Wisconsin Ave., at 7:32 p.m. Nov. 2.

5A rear door had damage to both the wood and glass in what was described as an attempted entry in the 700 block of 10th Avenue on Nov. 4. Damage was listed at $1,000 and entry was not gained.

6Two unsecured bicycles valued at $100 each were taken in separate incidents Nov. 3 or 4.

One was taken from outside a garage in the 1300 block of Wisconsin Avenue. The owner said it had been left outside since March with no problem. The other was taken from a bike rack in the 1600 block of 11th Avenue between 2 and 4 p.m. Nov. 4.

7A 22-year-old Brillion man was cited for his second OWI, resisting arrest and speeding 48 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 1100 block of Bridge Street at 1:34 a.m. Nov. 5. The man ran from the car but was found hiding in the 1200 block of 11th Avenue. His BAC was 0.16 and he was taken for a blood draw.

8An extension ladder valued at $285 was taken from a rack on top of a motor vehicle in the 1900 block of West Acorn Drive on Nov. 5 or 6.

9An Apple iPhone 6 and case valued at $500 was taken from a construction site in the 100 block of Walnut Circle between 9 a.m. and noon Nov. 4 and reported Nov. 6.
