Theft

1A couple was seen grabbing items valued at more than $300 and fleeing Bed Bath and Beyond, 11110 N. Port Washington Road, at 8:25 p.m. Oct. 21.

2A 21-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for theft of more than $200 from her employer, North Shore BP, 11147 N. Port Washington Road, at 9 p.m. Oct. 24. The woman took money, lottery tickets and made false cash refunds.

3A 48-year-old Mequon woman was cited for theft from her employer, Metro Market, 11558 N. Port Washington Road, at 1:20 p.m. Oct. 25. The woman admitted taking bottled water, juice and chips valued at more than $230 over many months beginning April 26.

Drug possession

4A 23-year-old Glendale man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant after he was stopped for expired registration in the 10400 block of North Port Washington Road at 9:49 p.m. Oct. 22. K-9 Iron hit inside the car, where a pipe with marijuana residue was found. The man said his friends smoked the drug.

5A 25-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of narcotic drugs without a prescription, possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia and obstruction after giving a false name and a 22-year-old Iron Mountain, Michigan, man for possession of drug paraphernalia after his car was stopped for having a license plate not registered to the car in the 1000 block of West Mequon Road at 11:15 p.m. Oct. 24. The narcotic medication, heroin and other drug paraphernalia were found in the woman’s purse and a straw with heroin residue was found in the driver’s seat.

6An 18-year-old Hartford man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped for a burned-out headlight in the 14300 block of I-43 at 6:27 p.m. Oct. 25. Marijuana residue was found in the car.

OWI

7A 48-year-old Germantown man was cited for his second OWI after he was stopped for speeding 87 mph in a 40 mph zone in the 11600 block of West Mequon Road at 11:27 p.m. Oct. 22. The man, who failed field sobriety tests, had a BAC of 0.19 and was taken for a blood draw.

8A 52-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI and open intoxications after he was seen driving out of his lane, almost hitting a car, in the 10800 block of West Pioneer Road at 2:52 a.m. Oct. 24. The man admitted having three beers. His BAC was 0.18.

Other

9A 31-year-old Milwaukee man, an employee, was cited for disorderly conduct and a probation violation after he threatened and choked another employee during a work break at Kleen Test Products, 5600 W. County Line Road, at 3:36 a.m. Oct. 25. The man also threatened other employees.

10A 25-year-old Milwaukee woman, an employee, was cited for disorderly conduct after she threatened and confronted another employee during a work break at Dr. Comfort, 10300 N. Enterprise Drive, at 9:13 a.m. Oct. 25. The argument began inside and continued in the parking lot. The suspect reportedly punched the other employee’s car but no damage was reported.

A resident reported being the victim of a fraud after “purchasing” a 2004 Road Runner trailer for $1,000 over Craigslist on Oct. 27. The man was told to purchase two $500 Amazon gift cards and send the numbers and codes to the seller. He did that and then received a call from a man with an east Indian accent saying he needed to send another $500 for a shipping fee charged in South Dakota. He didn’t do that but called police.

11Two men and one woman, all 18, of Fountain Hills, Arizona, Berwyn, Illinois, and Deforest, were cited for underage drinking after a report of intoxicated students and one vomiting at Concordia University, 12800 N. Lake Shore Drive, at 11:30 p.m. Oct. 27.

THIENSVILLE

12A 30-year-old Cudahy man was cited for hit-and-run, failure to report an accident and obstructing an officer after hitting two parked cars and driving away in the 100 block of Linden Lane about 11 p.m. Oct. 27. Witnesses reported the man drove into an underground garage, where it was found with “major damage.” The car’s owner was a 47-year-old Thiensville woman and police went to her apartment and could hear the couple talking but no one answered the door. Finally, the woman let police in, saying the man was in the bedroom. He refused to come out until a K-9 officer was called to the scene. He then exited, telling police he didn’t hear them.

13A 32-year-old Thiensville man was cited for possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia and bail jumping after police and rescue were called to a possible drug overdose in the 400 block of Susan Lane at 7:42 p.m. Oct. 28. The man had injected himself and was found with “shallow breathing and barely a pulse.” Next to him was a bloody needle and other paraphernalia. He was treated at a hospital and, after he was medically cleared, taken into custody.
