At 2:05 a.m. Oct. 16, a 27-year-old Milwaukee man was taken to jail after he was stopped and found to be under the influence, with a passenger younger than 16 years old. A 25-year-old Milwaukee man, a passenger is facing charges of obstructing an officer for lying about his name and he had an outstanding warrant.
1Three Port Washington men, ages 23, 28 and 27, were warned after police received complaints they were being too loud at 2:39 a.m. Oct. 16 at the Country Inn and Suites.
At 7:49 a.m. Oct. 17, a 17-year-old Port Washington girl reported she was struck by a vehicle while she was walking to school. She could not describe the vehicle and a canvas of the neighborhood found no one who had seen the incident.
2Citations were issued to a 13-year-old Port Washington girl and a 13-year-old Waubeka girl after they were found in possession of a vapor cigarette at Thomas Jefferson Middle School.
3At 3:15 p.m. Oct. 17, charges were filed against a 15-year-old Saukville boy after he was caught stealing out of the register at his place of employment, Culvers. He is also facing a charge of possession of marijuana after it was found in his backpack.
A 14-year-old Port Washington boy was transported to the Washington County Juvenile Detention center at 7:03 p.m. Oct. 17 after a report was received that he committed battery against his mother.
4At 10:59 a.m. Oct. 18, police received a report that two front store windows were damaged overnight at Pear and Simple, 314 N. Franklin St.
5At 2:24 p.m. Oct. 19, a 38-year-old Belgium man was cited for retail theft after employees at Sentry Foods, 101 W. Seven Hills Road, observed him consume a beverage in the store and not pay for it.
A 25-year-old Port Washington man is facing charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing after he was seen leaving a private residence at 3:51 p.m. Oct. 19.
6At 12:22 a.m. Oct. 20, a 52-year-old homeless woman and a 56-year-old homeless man cited for a curfew violation in a public place after they were found camping in the Coal Dock Park pavilion, 142 S. Wisconsin St.
7A 14-year-old Port Washington girl was cited for disorderly conduct at 12:49 p.m. Oct. 20 at Port Washington High School, 427 W. Jackson St., after school staff reported that she poured orange juice on someone and was disrespectful to school staff.
8At 1:37 p.m. Oct. 20, a 41-year-old Port Washington man was warned after a complaint was received that his dog was running at large in the area of Misty Ridge Lane and Willow Pond Way on the construction site he was working at. The caller was concerned the dog would come on his property and attack his dog.
9A 22-year-old Port Washington man was cited for disorderly conduct at 6:17 p.m. Oct. 20 after he was seen pulling a speed limit sign out and throwing it on the ground in the area of North Moore Road and West Pierre Lane.
