1An electrical box on a building was damaged in the 200 block of Washington Avenue on Sept. 27 or 28. Damage was $100.
2A mailbox and post was knocked over in the 7000 block of Susan Lane overnight Sept. 29 or 30. Damage was $10.
3A 13-year-old Cedarburg boy was turned over to juvenile in-take Oct. 3 after hitting a boy at Webster Transitional Middle School, 600 Wauwatosa Road, about 2:30 p.m. Sept. 30. This is the same boy who had been cited for disorderly conduct at the school Sept. 27 when he hit another boy, cutting that boy’s lip. At that time, he said he hit the boy because he’d been bullied.
Residents reported a fraudulent money transfer of $187 charged to their credit card sent to a person in China via Western Union Sept. 30. They were told to report the incident to police and file a claim.
A resident reported two fraudulent purchases totaling more than $550 on eBay with items sent to someone in Lake Wood, Connecticut, on Sept. 30. The address was checked and it was a vacant house. She cancelled her account and was issued a credit with no money lost.
4A 39-year-old town of Grafton man was cited for OWI, no proof of insurance, refusal to take a breath test and speeding 41 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 1300 block of Wisconsin Avenue at 2:14 a.m. Oct. 2. The man said he had “Two beers, two hours ago.” He failed field sobriety tests and had a preliminary BAC of 0.21.
