At 1:53 a.m. Sept. 18, a 27-year-old Saukville man was cited for disorderly conduct after he made threatening phone calls to his brother and sister-in-law and showed up at their residence.

1A 37-year-old Belgium man was cited for disorderly conduct – lewd and lascivious behavior after police responded to a report of man parked in a vehicle behind Niederkorn Library, 316 W. Grand Ave., and “pleasuring himself.”

2At 11:22 a.m. Sept. 22, police received a report of the theft of a trailer from Drews True Value, 1629 N. Wisconsin St. The trailer was noticed missing on Sept. 15.

3A 29-year-old Port Washington man was warned for trespassing after he was seen walking on private property behind Beck’s Mobil, 223 W. Grand Ave., and had passed two “no trespassing” signs.


4A 36-year-old Saukville man is facing charges of first-degree reckless endangering safety, endangering safety with the use of a dangerous weapon, endangering safety with the use of a dangerous weapon while intoxicated and disorderly conduct after an incident at the Railroad Station Bar, 200 S. Railroad St. Police were called to the location for a report of a man shooting a gun. Police arrived on scene and were met by numerous individuals at the intersection of Railroad Street and Center Street just outside the bar. The group showed police a bullet casing that was lying in the middle of the street. Police learned that earlier in the night a verbal altercation inside the bar occurred between a 28-year-old Saukville man and the 36-year-old. The 36-year-old man left the bar after the argument. Later in the evening, the 28-year-old man and friends were leaving the bar when a silver sedan pulled up to him and stopped in the middle of the street. The 36-year-old man got out of the driver’s seat and pointed a black handgun at the group before eventually pointing it just at the 28-year-old man. He then pointed the gun up in the air and fired one shot. He then got into his vehicle and drove off. After further follow-up, the man was identified and arrested.

5A 39-year-old Milwaukee man is facing charges of operating without a valid license-third offense after a traffic stop on East Green Bay Avenue at the I-43 southbound on-ramp.

6A 22-year-old Port Washington man who said he was en route to “turn himself in” to the Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Department was arrested for an outstanding warrant at Northwoods Road and East Green Bay Avenue.
