1A 55-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for shoplifting from her employer after taking various cat food items valued at $16 at Sendik’s, 10930 N. Port Washington Road, at 9:42 a.m. Sept. 21.

Drug possession

2Two 22-year-old men of Newburg and Campbellsport were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and the Newburg man also for bail jumping after they were stopped for defective tail lamps in the 11200 block of I-43 at 12:34 a.m. Sept. 15. The men, who had a crack pipe, used syringes and a cooker, had been cited for possession a few hours earlier by an Ozaukee County sheriff’s deputy.

3A 26-year-old Manitowoc woman was cited for possession of 0.8 grams of heroin, a trace amount of cocaine and drug paraphernalia after she was stopped for unsafe lane deviation in the 14300 block of I-43 at 1:23 a.m. Sept. 15. K-9 Iron was called to the scene and hit inside the car, where the drugs were found.

4A man and woman, both 18 of Kaukauna, were cited for possession of marijuana sitting in a car parked partially on the road in the 11600 block of North Farmdale Road at 8:40 p.m. Sept. 16. A pill bottle with marijuana was in plain sight in the front seat and both admitted “smoking weed” a short time before.

5A 22-year-old Brookfield man was cited for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to transfer his car’s title in the 11100 block of I-43 at 4 p.m. Sept. 22. The man had just more than an ounce of marijuana, marijuana wax, a scale with residue and more than $750 cash. He said the drugs belonged to a friend.

Drunken driving

6A 32-year-old Mequon woman was cited for OWI and driving left of center after a witness reported an erratic driver in the 10700 block of West Mequon Road, at 1:12 a.m. Sept. 18. She failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.16.

Other

7A 57-year-old Mequon woman was cited for disorderly conduct after yelling profanities in the drive-thru window at McDonald’s, 11250 N. Port Washington Road, at 12:21 a.m. Sept. 17. The woman, who was described as intoxicated, reportedly was angry because her order was taking too long and they didn’t “have (expletive) lemonade.” She drove away but was located in the 11800 block of Schwemer Lane.
