Drug possession

1A 29-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant in the 10300 block of North Cedarburg Road at 2:04 p.m. Sept. 11. The man was identified as having a warrant after police ran his plate and when he returned he was taken into custody. He asked that his car not be towed but was told that was not possible. The car was then inventoried and that’s when police found various heroin paraphernalia, including a syringe, cooker, foil pipe and tourniquet. The man then admitted he was a heroin addict.

2A 43-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of heroin at PNC Bank, 11201 N. Port Washington Road, about 4 p.m. Sept. 13. The woman had come to the bank and asked for a private meeting regarding cashing a check. She was taken to an office and, after she left, a $1 bill was found under her chair and wrapped in that bill was 1.2 grams of heroin. She was located and cited.

Drunken driving

3A 39-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for his second OWI after he was found slumped over in his running car in the 11300 block of North Linnwood Lane at 6:33 p.m. Sept. 11. When asked if he’d been drinking, he said he had a “sixer of beer.” The man had a BAC of 0.21 and was taken for a blood draw.

4A 33-year-old Bristol man was cited for his third OWI and for driving with a revoked license, OWI related, in the 1400 block of West Highland Road at 11:28 a.m. Sept. 14. The man admitted drinking “last night.” His BAC was 0.19 and he was taken for a blood draw.


Two 17-year-old Mequon boys were cited by Germantown police for underage drinking during the Homestead Germantown football game in Germantown at 8:40 p.m. Sept. 9. At the game, a Homestead High School administrator alerted police regarding the boys’ behavior. They admitted to police, that they had been drinking in Mequon before coming to the game.

5Seventeen men and women, ages 18 to 20, mostly students at Concordia University, were cited for underage drinking after a TIP411 call reporting a possible underage drinking party in the 14100 block of North Port Washington Road at 12:54 a.m. Sept. 11. Police went to that location and found about 40 people in a barn at the rear of the property. Some attempted to drive away but were stopped and underage drinkers cited.


6A 62-year-old Thiensville man was cited for disorderly conduct on allegations that he made “lewd comments” to women at a condo complex in the 200 block of South Main Street at 4:03 p.m. Sept. 14. One victim, whose condo was for sale, said she had a buyer but that person left and the sale was lost “due to his comments.” Police continue to investigate the man’s behavior and if other allegations are revealed there will be “further criminal prosecution.”
