1A 46-year-old Cedarburg man was cited for his second OWI after he passed a squad car while weaving in traffic at Hamilton Road and Hilbert Avenue at 2:01 a.m. Sept. 11. He failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.17.

GRAFTON

2A 28-year-old Whitefish Bay woman was cited for shoplifting jeans, booties, shirts, finger nails and mascara valued at $138 at Target, 1250 N. Port Washington Road, at 3:15 p.m. Sept. 5. The woman hid the items in her purse and then went to the self-checkout lane, scanning a few other items but not the ones in her purse.

3A 23-year-old West Bend woman was cited for shoplifting items valued at about $175 at Kohl’s, 1050 N. Port Washington Road, at 1:20 p.m. Sept. 7. She was seen leaving the store without paying and driving away. She was traced through her license plate and when stopped, admitted shoplifting because she needed the items but couldn’t afford them.

4Charges of disorderly conduct and damage to property have been forwarded to the Ozaukee County DA for a 25-year-old Grafton woman, described as “highly intoxicated,” who became disorderly at The Hutch, 1321 Wisconsin Avenue, at 1:11 a.m. Sept. 9. The woman, when denied another drink, picked up a bar stool and threw it outside and then knocked over another stool hitting a patron. She drove off with a friend but was identified.

5A car window was broken in the 700 block of Eighth Avenue on Sept. 10 or 11.

6A 65-year-old Port Washington man was cited for disorderly conduct after a witness reported him on his hands and knees and appearing to be looking up a woman’s skirt three times at Goodwill, 1715 Wisconsin Ave., at 10 a.m. Sept. 12. The witness took a photo of the man, who left the store and rode off on his bicycle. He was stopped by a sheriff’s deputy and denied the allegations.

7A 31-year-old Slinger man was cited on two counts of shoplifting and a warrant after he entered the store with a woman and child, put game systems and children’s clothing valued at $374 into a cart and then walked out of Shopko, 1771 Wisconsin Ave., about 2:35 p.m. Sept. 13. The man was then identified as shoplifting two game system controllers valued at $200 from the store Sept. 5. He was also a suspect in the theft of bottles of cologne at the West Bend Shopko.
