1A 13-year-old Cedarburg girl was referred to juvenile authorities after taking a $26 box of temporary tattoos from a store in the 500 block of Washington Avenue at 11:25 a.m. Aug. 30.

2A blank check was reported taken from a business in the 5300 block of Portland Road sometime Sept. 1.

3The allegation of a battery has been referred to the District Attorney’s office after a report of a “worker” hitting a resident at a group home in the 7000 block of Western Road about 8:20 p.m. Sept. 2.


4A 37-year-old Port Washington woman was cited for shoplifting after removing the barcodes and tags from jewelry and then attempting to flee Shopko, 1771 Wisconsin Ave., about noon Aug. 30.

5A 59-year-old Grafton woman was cited for her second OWI, driving left of center and no proof of insurance in the 1700 block of Wisconsin Avenue at 2:22 a.m. Aug. 31. Her BAC was 0.13.

6A man and woman were seen on surveillance video taking items valued at more than $150, including baby formula, and driving off in a maroon car with a broken rear window at Pick ‘n Save, 301 Falls Road, at 5:35 p.m. Aug. 30. A car that matched that description was possibly involved in another theft of items valued at more than $50 at 7:25 p.m. Aug. 31.

7Two 17-year-old Grafton girls were cited for shoplifting after taking jewelry and makeup valued at more than $140 at Kohl’s, 1050 N. Port Washington Road, at 7 p.m. Sept. 1.

8A 24-year-old Grafton woman was cited for OWI and disorderly conduct after she backed into a tree in the 700 block of Delaware Avenue at 7:39 p.m. Sept. 2. As police arrived, the woman, who was naked from the waist down, got out of the car, touched herself indecently and refused to follow police instructions. At the same time, her passenger, a 21-year-old Waupun woman, drove the car into a garage and, after refusing to follow police instructions, was cited for resisting/obstruction and disorderly conduct.

9A 23-year-old Germantown woman and a 24-year-old Greenfield man were cited for disorderly conduct and violation of park hours after they were found naked in a car at Centennial Park, 1370 17th Avenue, at 7:40 p.m. Sept. 5. The couple admitted they were having sex.

10A 49-year-old Grafton woman was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and shoplifting at Shopko, 1771 Wisconsin Ave., at 5:55 p.m. Sept. 6. The woman filled a stolen backpack with items valued at more than $160 and left the store, putting the items in her car. She returned to the store and took more items. The woman was found with “a sizable amount of marijuana” and a pipe with residue. After being taken into custody, she said she was having a panic attack and rescue was called.
