Drug possession

1Two 17-year-old boys and a 16-year-old boy of Milwaukee and a 17-year-old Whitefish Bay girl were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 11100 block of North Wauwatosa Road at 1 a.m. Aug. 7. A pipe with marijuana residue was found in their car and all admitted smoking the drug earlier.


2A 21-year-old Town of Cedarburg man was cited for OWI and open intoxicants after he was stopped for expired registration in the 13900 block of I-43 at 1:30 a.m. Aug. 7. He told police it was his mother’s car so the expired registration was “her problem.” The man had an open can of beer and a BAC of 0.15.

3A 21-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for OWI, driving with a suspended license and possession of marijuana after she was stopped for erratic driving in the 11000 block of North Mequon Trail at 2:08 a.m. Aug. 7. The woman, who slurred her words, was wearing only lingerie, telling police she was coming from a lingerie party. She also said she had a “couple of drinks” and had smoked about 0.4 grams of marijuana. After being taken to the station, police inventoried her belongings and found 0.2 grams of marijuana. Her BAC was 0.09.


4A 19-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for underage drinking, giving a false birth date and driving with a suspended license after a report he lied about his age at a bar in the 5200 block of West County Line Road at 2:13 a.m. Aug. 5.


No reportable incidents.
