1A 64-year-old Mequon woman was cited for shoplifting after taking jewelry valued at $122 from a store in the 500 block of Washington Avenue about noon Aug. 17. Video showed her taking the jewelry and she was stopped about a block away where she admitted the theft, saying she “wasn’t thinking correctly.”

2A resident reported that about $316 was missing after she had some friends over for a party in the 6000 block of Pioneer Road on Aug. 20.

3A 17-year-old Grafton girl was cited for underage drinking after a report of possible sexual activity by a couple in a car at Harrison Avenue and Coventry Court at 7:06 a.m. Aug. 21. The girl, who had a BAC of 0.15, and a boy said they were just “making out.”

4A 51-year-old Cedarburg man was cited for OWI after rear-ending a parked car in the 5000 block of Columbia Road at 12:52 p.m. Aug. 21. His BAC was 0.20.

5Two 18-year-old Germantown men were cited for trespassing after they jumped a fence  onto private property at Amcast, 5000 Hamilton Road, at 6:12 p.m. Aug. 22.

6A laptop computer valued at $400 was taken from an unlocked garage in the 6000 block of Center Street on Aug. 23 and reported Aug. 24.

GRAFTON

7A 19-year-old Saukville man was cited for underage drinking, with a prior conviction, battery, obstruction for using a fake ID, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and littering and a 21-year-old town of Port Washington man for OWI, disorderly conduct and refusal to take a breath test after a report of a fight in the 1300 block of Wisconsin Avenue at 1:41 a.m. Aug. 21. The men fled before police arrived but were located. The Saukville man had a BAC of 0.15.

8A 19-year-old Thiensville woman was cited for shoplifting after taking lip gloss and a necklace, valued at $36, from displays into a fitting room and then exiting Kohl’s, 1050 N. Port Washington Road, at 5:14 p.m. Aug. 22.

9A 71-year-old Grafton man was cited for OWI and open intoxicants after a report of an erratic driver in the 1100 block of North Port Washington Road at 8 p.m. Aug. 19. The man, who was too intoxicated to complete field sobriety tests, had a BAC of 0.15. He also had open bottles of liquor and beer in the car.
