Anne Hathaway, Cate Blanchette and Rihanna are just a few of the women confirmed for the reboot.

The casting announcement for the all-female reboot of the Ocean's Eleven heist series -- possibly the most testosterone-filled franchise outside of Jason Statham and robots -- is delighting people all over the Internet, with Hollywood heavyweights such as Cate Blanchett, Sandra Bullock, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter and Mindy Kaling confirmed to star in Ocean's 8, alongside Rihanna and rapper/comedian Awkwafina.

It's a glorious day for women in movies and women on Twitter, but naturally, there will be some naysayers as there have been for every movie that puts women front and center.

But the fans celebrating the casting for Ocean's 8 are practiced in warding off the antis, and preemptively struck against the inevitable haters with some of the funniest tweets on the Internet Wednesday.

There were also some tongue-in-cheek remarks about how even with star-studded reboots like this, women get less than men.

But you know what? Who cares. Because women rule and Rihanna is going to be in this movie.
